Friday, October 2

VIP Meet & Greet · Warehouse J

3:00 PM Arrive at Warehouse J on the Buffalo Trace campus.

3:15 PM Welcome from Jonathan and Jason, then the private tour departs.

5:00 PM Tour wraps back at Warehouse J. Hors d'oeuvres and specialty cocktails (two per guest, per Buffalo Trace policy). Live music, cornhole, axe throwing, and firepit seating. The whiskey cabinet build goes on display and silent auction bidding opens.

7:00 PM Event concludes. Afterglow continues at The Delegate hotel.

Saturday, October 3

Distillery Tours & Charity Dinner · Elmer T. Lee Clubhouse

11:00 AM–3:00 PM Distillery & Whiskey Woodcraft guided tour with Jon.

6:00 PM Dinner venue opens. A specialty cocktail waits at every place setting, each with a QR code for donations.

7:30 PM Greeting from Jonathan and Jason, then dinner service begins.

8:15 PM Jonathan speaks on the mission behind KMWDF. The highlight reel plays, and a grantee shares what their grant made possible.

8:30 PM Live auction begins.

9:30 PM Dinner concludes. Afterglow location to be announced.

Why This Weekend Exists

Every seat funds a workshop

The Katz-Moses Woodworkers with Disabilities Fund puts real tools, machines, and adaptive equipment into the hands of makers with ADA-recognized disabilities.

Grain to Grain is the fund's flagship weekend: a distillery tour, a shared table, and a live auction, all built around the idea that good craft and good bourbon come from the same patience. Every ticket and every winning bid goes directly toward the fund's grants.

It's hosted at Buffalo Trace, the oldest continuously operating distillery in America, and it's capped at 100 seats on purpose. This is a dinner table, not a convention hall.
